Members to be notified of recent data breach
Columbia Pacific CCO recently experienced a data breach that has impacted some of our members’ personal health information. Those who are affected by this breach will receive a letter in the mail explaining what happened. This letter was sent out on May 30.
If you cannot receive mail at this time, or if your address is not up to date with our records, please call Columbia Pacific CCO Customer Service at 503-470-2170. They can let you know if you’ve been impacted and should have received this letter.
