Report to the Community

The basic role of Oregon’s coordinated care organizations (CCOs) is to provide health care. But they don’t stop there. The state asks CCOs to listen to the voices of the communities they serve and use those insights to improve community health.

At Columbia Pacific CCO, we embrace this expectation. This allows us to more fully achieve our vision: Helping those in need reach their highest potential by providing services that support their social, emotional and physical health.

Columbia Pacific CCO is proud to share its 2025 Report to the Community, reflecting a year spent expanding access to care for thousands of members across Northwest Oregon.

The report takes a closer look at this work and highlights the programs, investments and partnerships that shaped Columbia Pacific’s efforts in 2025, ranging from non‑emergency medical transportation and care coordination to housing, mental health services, early literacy, language access and workforce development.

You will also find infographics that illustrate our impact in the communities we serve, data on our membership, community and clinical investments by county and a list of health care and community leaders who served on our 2025 Board of Directors.
